Robinhood is looking to hire a Litigation Administrator to join our legal team. This role will support the Third Party Response Team within the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration & Regulatory Enforcement Legal Team. We are looking for a highly adaptable and collaborative person who can handle ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities with flexibility and perseverance. This role is based in our Lake Mary, FL, Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, and Washington, DC office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Process civil and criminal subpoenas, including: gathering documents, preparing responses, communicating with attorneys and clients, and handling a large volume of work within set target dates Provide administrative support to the litigation group, including responding to regulatory and litigation requests Formulate search parameters to obtain responsive data from internal and external databases Provide information responsive to requests in a variety of formats as needed Assist with special projects as needed What you bring

Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years experience in an in-house legal department, law-firm, or related field You are a fast learner who can adapt to new processes and technology Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating as a team and working independently to get the job done Strong organization skills and experience with data analysis High level of accuracy and superb attention to detail What we offer

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
