Your Impact The
Director of Parts Operations, Wind
is responsible for leading Pearce Renewables' end-to-end wind supply chain operations while owning the financial performance of the wind parts business. This leader will not only optimize procurement, sourcing, inventory, and logistics but will also drive revenue growth through the development and execution of a strategic sales plan. This role is pivotal in achieving cost efficiency, operational excellence, supply continuity, and business growth, while fostering strong customer and supplier partnerships and promoting sustainability initiatives. Core Responsibilities
P&L Ownership
– Manage the full P&L of Pearce's wind parts business, ensuring profitable growth and disciplined cost management. Strategic Sales Leadership
– Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Pearce's wind parts market share. Customer Partnerships
– Build and maintain strategic relationships with wind turbine OEMs, operators, and developers to drive long-term business opportunities. Supply Chain Optimization
– Lead sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management to ensure supply continuity and financial efficiency. Risk Management
– Identify and mitigate risks within the wind parts supply chain to ensure continuity and resilience. Innovation & Cost Savings
– Drive initiatives to reduce cost and increase value through innovative sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations. KPIs & Performance
– Establish and monitor KPIs for financial performance, supply chain efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership
– Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across supply chain, sourcing, and sales functions. Sustainability
– Promote eco-friendly practices and sustainable sourcing within the wind industry. Core Experience
Strong knowledge of
wind industry supply chains , aftermarket parts, and sourcing strategies. Proven success in
P&L ownership and driving profitable growth . Experience developing and executing
strategic sales plans
in an industrial or renewable energy environment. Exceptional
customer relationship management
skills, especially with wind turbine OEMs, operators, and developers. Proficiency with supply chain systems, ERP, WMS, and analytics tools. Demonstrated negotiation, leadership, and project management abilities. Certified Supply Chain Manager
and/or
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher .
