Computer Engineer

Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced Computer Engineer with an active Secret Clearance in Lakehurst, NJ. Noblis MSD is seeking Computer Engineers to provide engineering, technical, logistics, and obsolescence to support the NAWCAD Engineering & Logistics for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Mission Operations and Integration (MO&I). Additionally we are supporting their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. The Computer Engineer is responsible for: Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining system software and hardware components tailored to mission and business needs Analyzing user requirements to build efficient and scalable software Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meeting industry standards Utilizing Systems Engineering Technical Review Process throughout the scope of the project Creating and maintaining clear documentation, and provide technical support and training to end-users Researching and evaluating new technologies Developing and executing test plans Optimizing system performance and maintaining system security Required Qualifications: Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance Must be a US Citizen Junior to Mid-Level: Education: Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline. Requires minimum of

three (3)

years of computer engineering network experience. Salary Range: $70,000 - $120,275 Senior-Level: Education: Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline. Requires a minimum

ten (10)

years of computer programming/analyst experience Salary Range: $93,200 - $145,550 Desired Qualifications: Any previous experience working in the DoD industry is preferred. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
