Oversee operations of medical practice. Manage the structure and daily operations of assigned physician practice(s) and clinics. Collaborate with physicians, mid-level providers, clinical and non-clinical staff and all ancillary departments that work with the clinic(s). Collaborate with Directors and Division Chief to develop long and short-term divisional goals and annual budget planning. Develop and monitor operational and quality standards with the management team. Manage financial reporting and analysis to ensure financial performance. Ensure compliance and auditing of physician charts and billings. Qualifications
BA or BS in Business or similar degree required. MBA or similar degree preferred. 2 years of experience in physician practice required. 1 year of supervisory experience required. Working Conditions & Details
