This role blends project management and product ownership: you will partner with business users to understand needs, translate them into Jira epics and user stories, build project charters and roadmaps, run Agile ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and drive measurable outcomes with development teams and business owners. The Main Responsibilities

Create the project charter (scope, goals, stakeholders, timeline, estimates/budget, risks, governance). Build and maintain roadmaps that sequence value delivery across analytics and artificial intelligence platform workstreams. Own Agile product work: translate requirements into Jira epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog; lead refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Produce clear status updates (weekly executive summaries, dashboards, burndown/burnup, risk and decision logs) tailored to each audience. Coordinate cross-functional teams (data engineering, BI developers, platform/infra, security, architecture, QA/UAT) and align on delivery readiness. Partner on AI & analytics platform delivery (e.g., Power BI/Fabric, Databricks/Snowflake, Azure AI/OpenAI) ensuring non-functional needs (security, performance, cost) are planned and validated. Drive adoption and change management: training plans, rollout communications, success measures, and feedback loops. Uphold compliance for data and AI (access controls, auditability) and follow internal governance standards. Growth mindsetseeks feedback, learns fast, and improves processes continuously. Outcome-orientedkeeps the team focused on customer value and measurable impact. Great organizer and communicatorclear documentation, strong facilitation, tight run-of-show.
