Top Secret Cleared Solution Architect Subject Matter Expert

All Points is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Solution Architect Subject Matter Expert to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on the new campus in Huntsville, AL. This position requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. This position is contingent upon contract award (expected October 2025). The selected candidate will support IT networks, systems, and initiatives with activities that include information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security. The team you will join is also responsible for the development, implementation, and subsequent operations and maintenance of new applications each fiscal year. The operation of existing applications and new application initiatives are critical to the success of the FBI mission. Additionally, thousands of personnel in the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities use these services daily to perform mission-critical work. These applications require responsive, effective, and specialized technical expertise to limit disruption to FBI operations. Duties may include but are not limited to: Provide consulting to managers on implementation of agency wide quality and process improvement initiatives Design, organize, lead, and conduct workshops, seminars, training sessions, and facilitation Tailor quality improvement workshops and courses for an agency and its specific needs Lead and conduct benchmarking and surveys for an organization Facilitate process improvement efforts requiring a mastery of technical subject matter and experience in specific programs and processes Manage a team of consultants and analysts supporting an agency's process improvement and quality training efforts Apply current disciplines and methodologies to the planning analysis, evaluation, and implementation of project Establish technical approaches and standards Establish a strong working relationship with clients Contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as collateral development, recruiting, and methodology development. SAFe 6.0 Facilitation Support (contract support PM & Agile team support) Summary: Responsible for guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles. Plan and manage the work, and values to uphold while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains. The first align teams focused on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query. The second aligns teams focused on enabling the operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within Global Mission Analytics (GMA). Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline Years of Experience: 10-12 Years Skills/Certifications: Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.) Experience developing, executing, and evaluating database code, functions, and queries on an Oracle database platform. Experience installing, troubleshooting, and administering Oracle databases. Experience with Oracle utilities, administration, and OEM management. .NET, C#, Javascript, Java, Perl Oracle, API Architecture (SOAP/REST), Git Solr, Bash Shell Oracle Label Security, PL/SQL Visual Studio Pro, Selenium Experience as a scrum participant and software release processes Available to work after hours when mission requires Communicate work using SMART Security Clearance: US Citizenship required Active, current, and fully adjudicated (no interim) US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
