Overview
Junior Enterprise Architect Advisor Identity Integrations, Enterprise Identity, Baptist Medical Center Work closely with business and all IT teams to approve and reconcile strategic architecture goals with the current state implementations but with future state in mind. Responsible for driving architectural excellence for integration in our ecosystems by assisting in defining and governing directives, principles, guidelines, and best practices for the organization to follow. Also recommend iterative paths toward the adoption of strategic integration goals. A hands-on technologist with significant experience in architecture and engineering of integration platforms and services, including development of best practices for automation and integration-first approaches. Lead cultural change for automation and integration adoption. Develop and coordinate integration strategies with business, application, and engineering teams, focusing on APIs, HL7, and FHIR standards. Support the development of automated solutions to maintain accurate identity of patients, providers, and employees across various platforms and systems. Assess applications, software, and integration protocols. Establish best practices for API integrations and interoperability across the company. Vet and integrate third-party services to enhance data consistency and secure identity frameworks. Ability to think and operate at scale. Drive architectural excellence across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem by defining and governing directives, principles, guidelines, and best practices for the organization to follow. Recommend iterative paths towards the adoption of strategic architecture goals. Hands-on technologist with experience in architecture and engineering of hybrid Microsoft infrastructure platforms and services, including development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices for an automation-first approach. Lead cultural change for cloud and automation adoption. Develop and coordinate cloud architecture with business, application, and engineering teams. Develop cloud strategy and coordinate the adaptation processes; assess applications, software and hardware. Establish best practices for cloud across the company; select cloud providers and vet third-party services. Help develop Cloud Center of Excellence. Develop FinOps processes.
