We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our rapidly growing Casework & Millwork Division located in Oakdale, PA. Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing capital projects ranging from $1M to $5M within the Casework & Millwork industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive projects, mentor and coach other PMs, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery? If so, we want YOU on our growing team! What you will do:
Lead and manage capital projects ($1M-$5M) from concept to completion Read and interpret contracts, architectural drawings & shop drawings Develop and maintain project schedules & budgets Negotiate and award subcontracts with confidence Prepare RFIs, change orders & cost reports Maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors Mentor and coach junior Project Managers, fostering growth and leadership within the team What you will need to be successful:
5+ years of project management experience in casework/millwork/construction Proven success in delivering capital projects between $1M-$5M on time and within budget Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities Excellent negotiation & contract management skills Ability to interpret architectural & shop drawings Proficiency in Innergy is a plus Experience in estimating & scheduling At Rycon Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
