We are seeking a skilled full-stack Drupal developer with at least 3 years of experience developing and maintaining advanced, enterprise-level Drupal web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development, with a deep understanding of Drupals architecture and best practices. What Youll Do Website Development: Develop and configure complex Drupal applications, using features provided by Drupal core and contributed modules. Front-End Development: Create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, in custom Drupal themes. Back-End Development: Build robust custom modules and integrate them with Drupal core and contributed modules. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities in Drupal applications. Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Code Reviews and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

What Youll Bring

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Drupal development, including both front-end and back-end work. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP and MySQL. Strong understanding of Drupals core and contributed modules. Experience with Drupal 8+, including custom module development and theming. Solid knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and Twig Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with deployment tools and practices.

Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

Experience with front-end build tools and frameworks. Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices. Familiarity with Drupal hosting platforms, such as Acquia and Pantheon. Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Slaloms benefits include meaningful time off and paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with a match, health/dental/vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, short/long-term disability, and a yearly $350 reimbursement for well-being-related expenses. The hourly rate for this position is $60 to $75/hr depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors.
