The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $14 per hour with production pay. The annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach Worksite in 2024 was between $110,183 and $330,780. $32.50 per hour base plus commission (training pay). Benefits

Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on discovery information. Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners. Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities. Guest Experience and Company Standards

Welcome and greet all guests and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Sales Executive Trainee

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in-good-standing Real Estate License where mandated by law. One-year related experience is preferred. Physically able to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stand or walk for extended periods.
