Software Engineer - Risk Technology - Hedge Fund
Our client, a Global Hedge Fund, is looking to hire a Senior Python Software Engineer to work alongside Portfolio Management teams to help develop and evolve the fund's risk technology and risk management systems. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior members of the commodities portfolio management, technology and risk management teams to design, develop, and implement the firm's risk technology framework Utilize your programming expertise to develop scalable solutions that optimize risk management strategies
Qualifications
4+ years of relevant risk software development experience Bachelors/Masters degree in STEM or equivalent experience Full stack software engineering background Programming language expertise in Python. Java or C# experience is advantageous Commodities asset class experience is beneficial Experience with CI/CD pipelines, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server
