Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The R&D pipeline includes RAS(ON) Inhibitors and RAS Companion Inhibitors for combination strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity:

As an important member of the organization, you will provide high level administrative support for defined functional groups, their leadership teams and staff including: Heavy calendaring using Outlook, including coordination of internal and external meetings/teleconferences, logistics, room reservations, catering, AV setup, and other support needs. Interaction with key partners in planning meetings and coordinating all logistics in partnership with functional leaders. Plan and coordinate necessary offsite meetings and/or conference attendance, including conference registration, hotel stays, meeting arrangements, catering, AV equipment, and related requests. Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel details including flights, VISA applications, travel documents, car transportation, hotel bookings, restaurant reservations and other travel needs; may require evening or weekend support depending on travel requirements. Provide consolidation, formatting, and numbering of PowerPoint presentation slides as requested. Handle recruitment and onboarding activities including scheduling for full-time, temporary, and consulting candidates; coordinate 1st day of new hire planning with HR and hiring managers. Coordinate consulting and/or master service agreements in partnership with legal to ensure they are in place and executed properly, including within approval limits, to support functional groups. Coordinate expense report processing and reconciliation of receipts and credit card statements for senior staff as needed. Provide general support as a key team player: assist with maintaining kitchens, conference rooms, and general supplies; provide lobby coverage to receive deliveries, answer phones, and respond to visitors; maintain filing systems; support company events with HR and admin team; support other projects as requested. Required Skills, Experience and Education

Ten (10) + years executive level support experience. Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information. Strong organizational, project and time management skills; detail oriented. Ability to prioritize/multi-task projects and demands effectively. Willingness to support Revolution Medicines to succeed by thinking outside of the box and job description. Professional demeanor and team-player attitude. Proactive with excellent self-initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills

Biotechnology experience highly preferred. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar. Experience with applicant tracking systems highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits

The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is $96,000-$120,000 USD. Base pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location and may be adjusted for the local market. Individual base pay is influenced by job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and education or training. Base pay is one component of the total rewards program, which includes competitive cash compensation, equity awards, benefits, and learning opportunities.
