Business Systems Administrator/Developer Salt Lake City, UT. In-person position located at UTA FrontLines Headquarters. Summary

Provides information systems planning and support of Utah Transit Authority (UTA)'s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (JD Edwards) and systems/interfaces with the ERP system (e.g., WorkDay, SharePoint Online, Laserfiche, Trapeze EAM) for multiple UTA departments. Develops project plans and implements ERP and related system design changes, major ERP Integration Software, and upgrades to improve quality, usefulness, and efficiency. Performs project management activities associated with design and implementation of these systems and related technologies. Works with peers within information technology (I.T.) to support development, implementation, maintenance, and integrity of data and processes within the ERP and other major systems. Manages systems in support of company and department objectives and other information needs, such as maintaining systems software and workflows, recommending and auditing application security, authorizing access and access flows, and writing standard/custom reports. Develops using Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop and implement applications. Assists JDE Developers in data quality reviews and provides recommendations as needed. Maintains confidential information in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations. Assists in designing/testing interfaces between systems as needed. Provides training on understanding functions and using the ERP system and related applications and systems. Responsibilities

Support ERP (JD Edwards) and integrations with WorkDay, SharePoint Online, Laserfiche, Trapeze EAM for multiple departments. Develop project plans and implement ERP design changes, major integration software, and upgrades. Perform project management activities for design and implementation of ERP and related technologies. Collaborate with IT peers to ensure data integrity and process efficiency across ERP systems. Maintain system software, workflows, security, access controls, and reporting (standard/custom). Develop using Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement applications. Assist JDE Developers with data quality reviews and provide recommendations. Maintain confidentiality of information per laws and regulations. Assist in designing/testing interfaces between systems; provide training on ERP functions and related applications. Education/Training

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Education in current technologies in data management or Business Systems administration and major ERP Integration Software administration preferred. Experience

Five years in ERP application support, technical operations, technical product support, and/or operations. Preferred experience in WorkDay, Laserfiche, SharePoint Online, or equivalent certifications. Must have a minimum of one-year development education and one year of professional development in areas such as C#, SSRS report writing; experience developing software programs, workflows, or integrations from customer specs to user sign-off. Experience with maintenance, supply chain, HRIS, accounting, or related information systems support; ERP integration software experience preferred (e.g., Anvyl, FairMarkit, WorkDay, SharePoint Online, Laserfiche). Experience in project management and familiarity with WorkDay, SharePoint Online, or Laserfiche. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of current reporting tools and BI methodologies. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint (intermediate). Analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and track project status. Ability to work in teams or independently and handle multiple projects concurrently. Other

Pay Rate: Starting at $90,900 based upon experience.
