Talent Acquisition Lead - Integrated Mission Systems at L3Harris Technologies (Aviation) Job Details

Location: Greenville, TX (On-Site) Schedule: 1st Shift 9/80 Security: Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret with SCI; US Citizen required Essential Functions Assist in the design and development of physical and logical network architectures incorporating voice, video, and data capability across multiple security domains. Maintain networks (LAN & WAN) connecting airborne and ground systems via terrestrial and Beyond Line of Sight circuits. Translate the voice of the customer into system level requirements. Perform requirement traceability methods and purpose. Assist and perform systems engineering trade studies. Evaluate trade studies for accuracy and completeness. Write subsystem specifications based on system level requirements. Evaluate alternative solutions and establish preliminary system design. Review and evaluate diagrams to ensure design details trace to system requirements. Develop and execute network test procedures ensuring system performance and capabilities meet system requirements. Prepare effective presentations to communicate technical network information to non-technical professionals. Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines to design a cohesive multi-security-domain network and integrate the design in a MILSTD-based development environment. Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of network (LAN/WAN) design and security best practices; NIST framework. Experience with IP addressing, switching and routing, VLANs, VPNs, video teleconferencing, VoIP, and LANs/WANs. Experience with routing protocols including RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP. Configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, voice, and video teleconferencing equipment. Certification and Accreditation processes and implementation of systems that achieved an Authorization to Operate on government networks. DODAF knowledge. Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills. Developing, authoring, and implementing software and system test plans in a team environment. Ability to work independently and in a team, with capacity to lead small test teams through an entire building cycle. Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestically). Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree with four (4) years of hands-on experience with testing, integrating, and verifying software and/or hardware. Graduate Degree with two (2) years of hands-on experience with testing, integrating, and verifying software and/or hardware. In lieu of a degree, minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience with testing, integrating, and verifying software and/or hardware. Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret with SCI; US Citizenship required.

Preferred Additional Skills

Current Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification. Active Top Secret security clearance. Experience with Kubernetes deployment/administration. Experience with SATCOM solutions/protocols. Experience with HAIPE devices. Red Hat Enterprise Linux usage. Experience working with subcontractors and US Government customers. Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process and implementation of systems that achieved an Authorization to Operate (ATO) on government networks; DODAF knowledge. Experience working on government and/or military programs.
