Overview
The Project Manager will lead the day-to-day organization of client implementation projects, from kickoff through go-live. Youll coordinate tasks, maintain detailed project trackers, and ensure deadlines are met. Youll partner closely with our Client Strategy Managers (CSMs) they focus on strategic decisions and system design, while you focus on execution, coordination, and follow-through. What Youll Do Project Coordination & Timeline Management Build and maintain project plans, meeting schedules, and progress trackers. Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and flag risks or delays early. Keep both clients and internal teams informed on next steps.
Client & Vendor Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project updates. Coordinate meetings, document action items, and distribute recap notes. Manage communication between clients and vendors to ensure alignment.
System & Data Task Oversight
Ensure required client data and documentation are collected on time. Oversee testing schedules, ensuring all scenarios are covered before go-live. Track configuration and validation tasks in alignment with the project plan.
Process & Documentation
Maintain organized records of project decisions, changes, and deliverables. Ensure internal Asana boards and shared folders are kept up-to-date. Assist in refining project workflows to improve efficiency.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 24 years in project management or implementation coordination, preferably in HCM, payroll, HR technology, or SaaS. Experience working with vendors and managing client deliverables.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Excel. Able to learn HCM systems quickly (Paylocity, Paycor, ADP, UKG, etc.).
Mindset:
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive. Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
