Store Manager
to lead our team at our high-performing
Henderson
store in
Auckland!
In this leadership role, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store to success. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are ready for the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring
Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards
Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset
Excellent communication and team development skills
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
