Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr We are hiring an experienced Senior Scheduling & Planning Manager to lead the planning and schedule management of high-profile data center projects across Houston, Iowa, Nebraska, and Texas. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules while driving alignment between internal teams, external partners, and client expectations. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in Primavera P6, and has deep expertise in large-scale construction planning. Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of scheduling and planning across multiple concurrent construction projects in assigned regions. Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6. Establish baseline schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to identify key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Perform schedule risk assessments and provide real-time project visibility to leadership and clients. Produce high-quality reporting, including 3-week lookaheads, schedule updates, and earned value analysis. Mentor and oversee junior schedulers and planners on the team. Required Qualifications
10+ years experience in scheduling/planning for major construction projects, with at least 5 years in mission-critical or data center environments. Mastery of Primavera P6, with the ability to build complex schedules from the ground up. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and MEP systems. Proven ability to manage multiple project schedules across different geographic regions. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel frequently across Iowa, Nebraska, and Texas as required. Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Excel, and project controls platforms.
