Work closely with the development team to oversee the implementation, configuration and debugging of web analytics code, both on the website and Tag Management System (TMS). Includes deployment activities in Non-Prod & Prod environments. Formulate development efforts for customer journey analysis to deliver findings, making recommendation that drive leads, customer engagement and qualified shopping visits. Deploy A/B tests and personalized experiences to improve user experience and key conversion goals using Salesforce Personalization. Contribute to support prompts and participate in prompt engineering/ benchmarking experiments and to use Gen AI to manage healthy propensity score for campaigns What will this person be working on
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
Experience in working on E-commerce websites using Sitecore 10.0 and Salesforce Lighting Web Components technology platforms. Experience in end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementation supporting projects and production support using Web SDK. Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) and encryption methods. Stay up to date with the latest privacy regulations and ensure compliance. Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA and CPRA. Experience in auditing and debugging Adobe Analytics and third-party tags. Worked in deploying third-party tags, including maintaining a log of active pixels vs expired tracking pixels. Experience in integrating with Adobe Analytics APIs, real-time events, Runtime functions, and plugin IDs. Observe Point tools, MS Office 365, SharePoint, JIRA & Confluence. Nice to have
