Were partnering with a well-established organization to find a Senior Network Engineer who will lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide network and security infrastructure. This role is instrumental in shaping hybrid cloud and on-premise connectivity across corporate offices, data centers, DR sites, and remote project locations. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Architect and implement secure, resilient network solutions spanning on-premises and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) Manage enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto), SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless infrastructure, and multi-site connectivity Lead integrations between IT and OT networks with a strong focus on security and compliance Serve as escalation point for complex network issues and mentor junior team members Contribute to infrastructure strategy, network design, capacity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with security and regulatory standards Qualifications
15+ years in IT with 5+ years in a senior network engineering role Expertise in Cisco/Meraki, Palo Alto firewalls (WildFire, GlobalProtect), BGP, OSPF, VPN, MPLS, and SD-WAN Proven experience with hybrid cloud networking, including Azure/AWS integration and ExpressRoute/Direct Connect Strong understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance best practices Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and performance optimization tools Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Certifications: CCNA (required), CCNP, PCNSE (preferred) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to manage vendor relationships and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
