Overview
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is seeking Network Operators to provide support for our government customer at JBPHH. This is a 24/7/365 operation with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and 2 support to end user customers. Resolve challenging technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure service stability. Resolve complex/specialized issues by conducting in-depth analysis and diagnostics. Collaborate with internal IT team members such as network administrators and system engineers to solve problems as needed. Interpret technical data using a variety of methods and approaches.
Qualifications
This is a DCWF Role 441-Intermediate position. Must possess one of the following: A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, or CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP Certification, or DoD/Military Training as outlined in the DoD CWF Matrix for Role 441-Intermediate. AVAYA VoIP certification or equivalent VoIP network management certification. In lieu of certification, documented experience with VoIP network operations.
