As an Eaton Senior Palantir Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Palantir-based data pipelines, applications, integration and AI/ML solutions. You will implement robust data transformation workflows, ensuring high-performance and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate on setting best practices for data management, security, and governance in Palantir environments. Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Palantir-based data pipelines, applications, and integration solutions. Implement robust data transformation workflows, ensuring high-performance and scalability. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Collaborate on setting best practices for data management, security, and governance in Palantir environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Palantir data platforms and systems. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Palantir tools for maximum efficiency. Learn and implement data modeling, integration, and data visualization techniques to support analytical efforts. Support and maintain the full lifecycle of Palantir's data tools and related services. Ensure compliance with data protection protocols. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and evaluate their potential applications. Develop testing and validation strategies to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and safety of Generative AI models in production. Opportunity to build machine learning models
Qualifications
Basic Qualification: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Minimum five (5) years' experience in Information Technology Minimum three (3) years' experience in Data Engineering, artificial intelligence, data science or data analytics Minimum three (3) years' experience with implementing, testing, and fielding automation artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the latest Generative AI models, including a general understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar. Good understanding of Data Integration technologies. Good understanding of API-First architecture. Good understanding on enterprise data projects (data warehouses/master data management, others) with hands-on data analysis. Experience with Agile and DevOps processes. Must be able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs. Good team player, self-motivating, and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and have knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
