Location: USA Marshalls Store 1589, 1100 East Riverview Expressway Ste A, Wisconsin Rapids, WI Starting pay range: $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Responsibilities
Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to operating procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed Maintain cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction goals and programs Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment Other duties as assigned

Possesses excellent customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred
