Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to project specifications. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency. Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts proactively. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Earned Value & Government Contracting

Generate contract performance reports and validate cost data. Ensure compliance with EV guidelines and government policies. Conduct integrated reviews and risk assessments. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred). 10+ years of experience in construction (education + experience considered). Proven success managing large-scale projects in the construction industry. Earned Value and Government Contracting experience is required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (Viewpoint & MS Project a plus). Ability to adapt quickly and solve complex problems. What We Offer
