Analyze, migrate, and transform data in and out of Salesforce and other software platforms to support changes in the business and provide key reporting to business stakeholders. Analyze and reconcile data from multiple platforms to identify discrepancies, gaps, or patterns. Normalize data into standardized formats to ensure consistency across systems. Investigate anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and apply corrective actions. Develop and maintain data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance standards and best practices. Work closely with IT and business teams to design processes & controls that improve accuracy and reduce duplication. Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives around data management. Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or data integration tools. Experience with data cleansing, normalization, and quality frameworks. Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with data governance and master data management concepts is a plus. Benefits
