Leidos is seeking a Windows System Administrator to support high-impact missions at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) in Suitland, MD. This role is focused on enabling operations that shape national security and requires an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance. What Will You Do
Administer and support Windows-based mission applications and hardware. Configure, maintain, and secure physical and virtual systems to STIG standards. Lead system upgrades, backups, and performance tuning. Collaborate across IT teams to ensure seamless operations and mission success. Resolve technical issues using the ticketing system and manage change requests. Maintain detailed documentation and asset inventories. Provide strategic recommendations for hardware refresh cycles. Basic Qualifications
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Security+ CE or IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain prior to start). Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2003-2016), Active Directory, SCCM, and GPOs. Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and migration skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with rack-mounted servers, networking, and peripherals. Compensation
Pay Range: $89,700.00 - $162,150.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation.
