Applications Analyst IV Pay Transparency:
The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Responsibilities Design, code, troubleshoot, and maintain custom software applications. Lead projects, collaborate with team members, and provide end-user support as required.
Education
Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, programming, or a related field. Certification in Epic Clarity or Caboodle or both. Certification in Epic Cogito Fundamentals.
Work Experience
Experience creating, enhancing applications, reports, dashboards or other types of software and applications. Hands-on experience with programming languages such as SQL, Ruby, Python, R, etc. Knowledge and experience of Audit Reports, HIPAA compliance, Data security, REST APIs, Microservices, and other backend development as per team requirements. Experience with Cogito tools, Cogito Reporting applications, building dashboards, metrics, data extracts, etc. Experience working within an Agile software development environment. Hands-on experience with database systems, Epic Report Queues, Epic data securities, etc. Experience with database design and development using Clarity and Caboodle, with knowledge of database securities, query optimization, and performance of tables, views, stored procedures, SSIS development and job scheduling. Experience contributing to system design or architecture including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and current systems. Experience working on technical handbooks to represent the design and functionality of reports, dashboards, and analytics across multiple application areas. Experience in end-to-end feature development including backend applications and implementing new features of EHR applications, and technically leading other team members to ensure quality project delivery. Proven ability to closely work with end users throughout the SDLC and lead product technical documentation. Expert in creating solutions that use a variety of database systems as backend solutions.
