Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric
Product Manager
to lead the
Manage Booking
experience within our digital travel ecosystem. This role focuses on enhancing the post-booking journey, including itinerary modifications, upgrades, cancellations, and ancillary services.
Qualifications
Total: 9-10+ yrs., Relevant exp. 4–5+ Years in Product Management
Background in travel/hospitality, preferably airline or cruise sectors or retail/e-commerce exp.
Knowledge of booking engines/reservation.
Location Fort Lauderdale, FL
(Hybrid – 3 days onsite in a week)
Key Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and execution of Manage Booking features.
Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and analytics teams.
Translate user and business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Drive KPIs such as self-service adoption, modification success rate, and NPS.
Ensure alignment with compliance, loyalty, and customer service teams.
Background in travel/hospitality, preferably airline or cruise sectors or retail/e-commerce exp.
Knowledge of booking engines/reservation.
