Kennesaw, GA Position Summary

The RPA Developer / Business Analyst is expected to have strong business and technical acumen and experience. They must be able to demonstrate an understanding of business processes and how information flows within and between systems. They are responsible for supporting and maintaining existing automation processes, while driving and facilitating new automation processes. The RPA Developer / Business Analyst is also required to work with the IT Team to help support the ERP system, business applications, and report development. UiPath Robotic Process Automation Daily maintenance and support for existing automation processes Design and implement changes to automations that yield higher performance and resiliency while achieving lower operations overhead Own the delivery of automation and serve as a technical lead Code, test, debug, implement, and document Process Automation (Lifecycle) Develop and maintain funnel of projects for robotic process automation Lead Programmer on implementation projects Maintain and Support Process Automation Robot/Development uptime Roll out automation programs with demonstrable benefits Work with corporate RPA team to ensure UiPath systems are up to date

ERP System Support (QAD / Progress DB Preferred)

Help support and train QAD users by providing directions, corrections and enhancements. Communicate with users to find solutions to cases. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to provide coaching on system use, recommend changes and automation to improve efficiency.

ERP Subsystem, Business Applications and Reporting Services (IIS/LAMP)

Help develop, maintain, and support business applications. Identify business needs through close collaboration with department managers. Streamline and improve internal processes and reporting. Drive efficiency and operational improvement using data modeling techniques.

Essential Qualifications / Experience

UiPath Automation Developer Certification ERP development and support experience (QAD Preferred) Previous relevant experience in business process re-engineering Experience with at least one software development methodology required like UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc. 3 or more years of business analysis experience 3 or more years of computer programming experience (RPA, VB+, PhP,) Advanced Excel knowledge Experience with manufacturing / supply chain environment (preferred) Experience with SOX / RPA Governance and Controls Bachelors degree in appropriate field of study similar to Business Administration or Finance

Desirable Qualifications / Experience

UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere QAD ERP System Progress 4GL / Microsoft SQL Strong Manufacturing / Supply Chain knowledge SDFC (Salesforce Administration and Development) Manufacturing / Supply Chain experience
