Summary
The La Colombe DTC Team is seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our direct revenue channels for LaColombe.com. This role involves developing and executing programs for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention, playing a critical part in driving growth and maximizing ROI through digital campaigns and optimization strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations and optimization of revenue channels for LaColombe.com, including email, SMS, and paid media.
Plan and oversee budgets, pacing, and optimization across online marketing channels.
Maintain the digital content calendar with input from various teams including DTC, Brand, Marketing, Product, Cafes, Insights, and Wholesale.
Prepare and communicate digital analytics to different audiences such as Executives and Marketing teams.
Collaborate with Social and Communications teams to maximize cross-team synergies.
Develop strategies to attract and convert new customers via digital channels.
Create retention programs and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value.
Use data analytics to personalize user experiences and inform marketing decisions.
Email & SMS Marketing
Design and manage targeted email and SMS campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Identify opportunities for segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
Analyze campaign data and optimize based on performance metrics.
Paid Media
Oversee paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, in partnership with agencies.
Coordinate with teams to develop performance-driven campaigns.
Monitor ROI and work to improve CPA and ROAS.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Lead SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility both on-page and off-page.
Collaborate with content and development teams to optimize site structure and content.
Conduct SEO audits and monitor keyword performance.
Onsite Merchandising
Partner with the Ecommerce Operations Manager to optimize website layout, product placement, and promotional banners.
Coordinate with DTC, Creative, and Product teams to ensure digital merchandising aligns with business goals.
