Lead the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications using .NET Core. Front-end work with React, HTML, SCSS/CSS to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Review end-to-end designs with Azure services (App Services, Function Apps, Front Door, Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB, Log Analytics). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for features. Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure high quality and best practices. Ensure quality and performance with CI/CD practices. Contribute to new solutions and troubleshoot/optimize existing solutions for performance and reliability. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 5 years experience; or no degree with 9 years of combined education and equivalent work experience. At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development or a similar role. Strong skills in .NET Core and SQL relational/No-SQL databases. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform. Experience with Azure services (App Services, Front Door, Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB, Log Analytics). Experience with containerization (Docker, Docker Compose, container networking, registries, pipelines). Familiarity with DevOps practices and Git. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with early-stage product development. Proven track record deploying products in dynamic environments. Leadership or mentorship experience with a passion for developing talent. Interest in collaborating with partners outside the core team (including SMEs in computer vision AI). Ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, agile environment and willingness to adjust quickly. Openness to experimental approaches typical of tech startups. Compensation
The annual or hourly compensation range is $98,600.00 $148,000.00. Many factors are considered when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, and geography. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws. Benefits
