Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets. Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Additional duties and projects as required.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred. Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Tech-Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Minimum Requirements
Set weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs. Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required. Consistent punctuality and regular attendance according to company policies. Clear spoken English for effective customer communication. Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English for business tasks and sales reports.
Physical Demands
Prolonged standing for four to 14 hours per day. Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock and merchandise. May require climbing a ladder or stairs to stock or access merchandise. Ability to lift items weighing 525 lbs regularly (weights may be higher in certain circumstances). Good vision, including color differentiation. Moderately noisy retail environment.
