Provide LMS training administration support to Central Teams and large training initiatives Serve as the Business Partner Liaison for LMS and internal expert to local administrators Develop and maintain LMS procedures, e-courses, and job aids Monitor system performance and implement improvements Interface with vendors and IT on training items and course performance issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of relevant work experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with SuccessFactors Reporting Tools and Microsoft Office Suite Proven track record of success in program management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with global teams and remote colleagues Proficient with SuccessFactors learning management systems (LMS) validated instance preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
