Field Service Technician . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and customer service-driven. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-quality service organization. Field technicians provide on-site customer service when the client deems necessary. This may require successfully repairing or adjusting a device mechanically or electronically, and/or "fixing the customer" by correcting the client's expectations. What you'll be doing
Maximize equipment uptime through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Manage the utilization of assets and resources to achieve targeted financial results and create superior value for our customers Communicate and interact with customers, field service, sales, management, and administration in a way that is courteous, positive and professional Provide accurate feedback with call close information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings Maintain accurate parts inventory Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free Perform other activities that our service organization Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required A year or more (1+) of mechanical repair experience (low voltage machinery, hands-on technician, vehicle mechanics, AC/HVAC, computer repair, etc) Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching Must have own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, & auto insurance coverage (mileage reimbursement provided) Driving knowledge of South PA, South & North NJ What Makes You Stand Out
Three or more (3+) years of mechanical repair experience (low voltage machinery, hands-on technician, vehicle mechanics, AC/HVAC, computer repair, etc) Experience working on digital copiers and/or laser printers preferred (Konica Minolta, HP, Toshiba, Ricoh, Kyocera experience is a plus) Cell phone 401K program Life, accident, disability insurance Employee assistance program And more!
