Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. If you're a
Engineering Manager-Electronic Systems,
we have an exciting opportunity for you! What you will be doing
Promotes design excellence and systemic improvements to ensure high-quality, compliant products. Oversees design standards, engineering phases, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development speed and cost efficiency. Leads root cause investigations to address quality issues and integrate lessons learned into future designs. Manages team talent through staffing, training, performance reviews, and maintaining a training matrix. Develops and manages budgets to meet profitability goals while optimizing resource utilization. Enhances customer-perceived product value using structured methodologies (e.g., DFSS, Lean, risk analysis) while addressing project risks. Provides technical expertise to stakeholders, supports business growth, and represents the company at external events. Allocates resources to projects, integrates new technologies, and supports execution of the PLC process alongside project managers.

Six Sigma - Certification Preferred
