Cultivate and expand advertising partnerships by working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, brand managers, and media agencies. Develop strategic campaign recommendations that align with suppliers' business goals and marketing objectives. Oversee the creative process, ensuring seamless collaboration between suppliers and our client's creative team. Manage agency proposal templates and ensure accurate tagging. Partner with campaign management to optimize activation, trafficking, and performance. Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and insights. Collaborate with Measurement & Analytics to ensure precise reporting and share actionable insights to enhance supplier strategies. Support monthly campaign billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Mentor and guide Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Proven ability to manage relationships and collaborate with multifunctional teams. Experience in media plan development and execution. Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence supplier investments.
