We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with 57 years of experience in C++ and GStreamer to join our Safety Systems Team. This role focuses on developing and optimizing multimedia and sensor data pipelines critical to automotive safety applications. Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain real-time multimedia streaming pipelines using GStreamer. Develop robust and efficient C++ code for embedded safety systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, systems, and validation engineers. Optimize performance for low-latency and high-reliability environments. Integrate sensor data (e.g., camera, radar, lidar) into safety-critical workflows. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes. Required Skills
57 years of professional experience in C++ development. Strong hands-on experience with GStreamer in real-time or embedded systems. Solid understanding of multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization. Experience working in Linux-based environments. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Desired Skills
Experience in the automotive industry Knowledge of AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, or other safety standards. Exposure to sensor fusion, computer vision, or machine learning in embedded contexts. Seniority level
