Overview
Stratacent is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Framework, and experience with HashiCorp APIs. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and services while integrating with the HashiCorp ecosystem. Responsibilities
Application Development:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using JavaScript and Node.js. Backend Development:
Work with the Spring Framework to build and optimize backend services and APIs. API Integration:
Integrate with and utilize HashiCorp APIs (Vault, Consul, Terraform, etc.) for managing secrets, infrastructure, and configuration. Code Quality:
Ensure the quality of code through unit testing, code reviews, and implementing best practices such as TDD (Test-Driven Development). Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, APIs, and integration with HashiCorp tools. Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript
with experience in asynchronous programming and working with RESTful APIs. Proven experience with
Node.js
to build scalable and efficient applications. Solid understanding of
Spring Framework
and experience with Spring Boot and related technologies. Hands-on experience with
HashiCorp tools
(Vault, Consul, Terraform, etc.) and APIs, understanding of how to integrate them into modern applications. Familiarity with version control systems, especially
Git . Understanding of
containerization
and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). 3+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on JavaScript, Node.js, and Spring Framework. At least 1 year of experience working with
HashiCorp APIs
(Vault, Terraform, Consul, etc.) and integrating them into production systems. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices is preferred. About Us
