The job is full-time with a 80-hour biweekly schedule. Work shift: Day, 8 hours. The physical requirements and working conditions of this job are available. Responsibilities Physician Relations: Visit physician offices, meet and conduct meaningful communication activities with physicians and physician office staff. Identify Opportunities: Collaborate with physician and hospital leaders to identify business opportunities. Physician Outreach Database: Develop and maintain a physician inventory and contact tracking method and provide regular reports to the Director of Business Development. Service Line Support: Maintain a close relationship with the various service lines and assist the Service Line leaders where physician relationships are critical to service line success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, communications marketing or public relations. Five (5) years experience in physician relations and/or sales in a healthcare environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills including ability to build relationships, conduct presentations, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and ability to influence decision-making.
