Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and generate actionable insights Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends for business decision-making Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards and reports Conduct root cause analysis for reported defects and resolve them within the SLA Analyze and interpret complex data, present data insights clearly and effectively Identify and solve data-related issues Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies including Cloud, and best practices in analysis, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing and interpreting complex data to improve business processes and performance 3+ years of experience developing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions using SQL Server (Version 2016 or higher), T-SQL, Visual Studio (Version 2016 or higher) 3+ years of experience with analytics visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau 1+ years of experience in requirements gathering, data mapping, and documentation techniques Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Azure Suite tools Knowledge of data governance, data security, and privacy best practices Familiarity with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes Background in the healthcare industry Proven excellent communication (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
