Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards Be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow standards Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures Participate in store recovery and maintain overall store cleanliness and organization Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction goals and programs Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment Other duties as assigned
Who Were Looking For
Possesses excellent customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking Adaptable to changes in direction or unexpected situations Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred
