Our law firm is seeking a highly motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in personal injury, commercial, and construction defect cases. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who is looking to take their career to the next level by joining a dynamic team of legal professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle complex and challenging cases, and work on a variety of legal matters. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities
Handling all aspects of civil litigation including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Representing clients in personal injury, commercial, and construction defect cases. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations. Developing case strategies based on the analysis of evidence and legal precedents. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to avoid court proceedings. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents. Collaborating with legal staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Maintaining professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and court personnel. Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney with a focus on personal injury, commercial, and construction defect cases. Proven track record of success in handling all phases of litigation. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong research and report-writing abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
