This full-time, in-person role requires over 10 years of experience in advanced IT systems, including Windows, networking, Azure, and virtualization. The successful candidate will mentor junior technicians and handle complex technical tasks typical of a senior MSP role. Key Responsibilities
Advanced System Management: Oversee and optimize complex IT infrastructures, including server and network management. Windows Expertise: Configure, troubleshoot, and manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and security configurations. Networking Solutions: Design, implement, and support enterprise-level networking solutions, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewalls. Azure Administration: Manage and support Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking configurations. Virtualization Technologies: Administer and optimize virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V, ensuring efficient resource allocation and high availability. Mentorship: Guide and train junior tech staff, providing support and sharing knowledge to develop their technical skills. Technical Problem-Solving: Address and resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Core Skills and Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in IT systems management with a focus on Windows, networking, Azure, and virtualization. Extensive experience with configuring and managing Windows Server environments, including expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy. Proficiency in designing and implementing networking solutions and managing Azure cloud environments. In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Proven ability to mentor and train lower-level technicians, with strong leadership and communication skills.
