Associte Software Engineer What you will do in this role: This role will be focused on developing automations for ServiceNow cloud and exploring AI/ML solutions leveraging ServiceNow AI offerings. You will have the opportunity to work on ServiceNow Platform and Tools, build solutions using workflows, orchestration, and developer tools. Experiment with the latest ServiceNow Agentic AI offerings and Generative AI capabilities. These capabilities may include classical Machine Learning Algorithms or Deep Learning based models like LLMs. You will design and develop cloud automations to support the ServiceNow Products in our own infrastructure. Support the team with feedback to product teams to continually improve and expand product capabilities, features, and interoperability in consideration of product needs and requirements. What you need to be successful in this role: 4+ years of experience in professional software development, preferably in the Cloud Environment. Experience integrating software and services using common API techniques (REST, SOAP, XML, etc.) Excellent technical design, problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies. Team player, attention to detail and ability to work well and communicate with others. Experience in driving deployments with large Enterprise companies with multiple stakeholders -- preferably AI-based products. Exposure to AI, Machine Learning will be an advantage. Seniority level
