is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Onsite Account Manager
to lead client engagement, staffing coordination, and workforce performance at one or more key client sites. If you thrive in a leadership role that balances people management, client communication, and operational excellence this is the opportunity for you. Pay Rate:
$35.00 - $45.00/hour Benefits:
Health Care, 401k, Paid Time off, Paid Holidays, annual increase and bonuses Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client account(s)
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders
Coordinate staffing needs in collaboration with departmental heads
Maintain accurate and current job descriptions and postings for open roles
Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with site policies
Address performance issues, resolve conflicts, and promote team engagement
Lead and document corrective action processes when needed
Ensure all contract workers complete required onboarding steps and compliance measures
Qualifications: 3+ years of leadership and operations experience
Experience in employee relations is highly desired
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Strong communication skills interpersonal, written, and presentation
Ability to integrate people, processes, and systems effectively
Skilled in problem-solving and resource management
Understanding of international cooperation and cultural
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Comfortable communicating via phone, instant messenger, and email
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire others
