Were looking to expand our team across the board. Responsibilities Support full lifecycle programs as a C&DH engineer, from system definition and design through assembly, test, and operations Develop tools and models using Excel and Python to analyze data flows, storage, and downlink bandwidth Represent the team in design reviews, customer meetings, risk reviews etc. Ensure C&DH risks are identified, captured, and mitigated Collaborate across engineering disciplines to develop requirements and test plans for C&DH components and subsystems Debug component and subsystem issues that arise during production

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent degree or experience Experience with embedded system design and/or test Experience communicating technical concepts to multi-disciplinary teams Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance

Desired Qualifications

Understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and FPGAs Understanding of serial interfaces like SPI, I2C, and RS-422 Understanding of the space environment: radiation, surface charging, thermal, outgassing, etc. Understanding of spacecraft subsystems Understanding of spacecraft design and operational life cycle Experience using Python to analyze datasets Experience with electronic testing equipment, including oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, etc.
