The Role We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with solid experience in AI and Machine Learning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, with the ability to develop, optimize, and deploy AI-driven models and applications that enhance our financial products and services. Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and tools for financial data processing and analysis. Design and implement machine learning models for credit scoring, fraud detection, risk assessment, customer segmentation, and other financial use cases. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Optimize and deploy machine learning models into production environments considering compliance, security, and scalability. Utilize libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, etc. Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation for financial datasets. Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring robustness and efficiency. Stay updated with latest trends in AI/ML and banking technology to drive innovation. Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML applications. Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes, regulations, and data. Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, SQL, etc. Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Knowledge of financial modeling, risk analysis, fraud detection, and credit scoring. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in team environments. Preferred, but not required

Experience with NLP or advanced analytics in banking. Familiarity with fintech APIs, blockchain, or other emerging technologies. Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to AI applications in finance. We offer
