Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Supply Chain team. This role involves tracking purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet production schedules. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in expediting and supply chain processespreferably within the aerospace industry.
This position's internal job code is Supply Base Mgmt Spec. Our team is currently hiring for level 2.
Responsibilities
Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Work with suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise in the delivery process
Collaborate with internal departments such as production, quality, and engineering to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts
Analyze and interpret data related to inventory levels and production schedules to determine material requirements
Communicate regularly with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of materials
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that purchase orders are aligned with the production schedule and customer demand
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to material procurement and transportation.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain expediting role, preferably in the aerospace industry
Knowledge of aerospace supply chain management practices and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools
Willingness to work flexible hours, as needed, to meet project deadlines
