Project Engineer - Structural

to join our bridge design team in any Midwest office. In this role, youll collaborate with experienced bridge designers to deliver structural design expertise on state and federally funded bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects. You will guide projects from concept to completion, making a tangible impact by connecting the communities we serve. If youve worked with DOTs in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, or Iowa, wed love to connect. Responsibilities

Prepare structural design calculations for bridges and other transportation structures Provide mentorship to graduate engineers Perform field investigations to evaluate structural conditions, and develop repair alternatives Communicate with clients, agencies, and the public Business development related to bridge infrastructure with current and future clients

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structures preferred 4+ years of prior bridge design experience PE license in Wisconsin required (MN, IA or IL preferred) AutoCAD and/or MicroStation proficiency preferred Experience coordinating with Departments of Transportation Client relationship experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with leadership and collaboration abilities Authorization to work in the United States for any employer (no sponsorship)

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $79,081 to $126,529 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
