We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer who will play a central role in ensuring smooth operations for our US-based customers. You will be the technical operations expert and the key communicator for addressing and resolving technical inquiries. Responsibilities Operations Responsibility: Oversee technical operations for our US customers, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Technical Support: Handle 2nd and 3rd level technical tickets, resolve issues, and manage customer requirements, including interface and system integrations. Customer Communication: Serve as the technical point of contact, confidently answering technical questions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with the Cloud Team to deliver tailored solutions. Sales Support: Join sales calls and contribute expertise on security architecture, system interfaces, and customer system integrations. System Administration: Ensure the performance and reliability of web applications, databases, and server systems (Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, SQL), with a focus on Azure Cloud solutions. Stay aligned with the latest technologies and innovations in SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, and IT Security.
Your profile Hard Skills
10+ years of experience in IT, Application Management, or Software Engineering Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, application management, and system interfaces 10+ years experience with Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, SQL Understanding of complex software architectures and integrations with existing customer systems Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues on an advanced level Nice-to-have: Industry experience in Chemistry or Pharmaceuticals
