Job Purpose As a
Software Test Engineer II , you will be responsible for the development of test scenarios, integration, and execution of software tests for Planter product lines. You will also ensure high-quality software delivery that meets customer expectations and supports product reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, and execution of test for software programs
Build Test benches and maintain them
Build and support Automation Tests
Complete test data analysis and prepare reports and provide recommendations
Working on HIL
Closely work with Product Verification and Validation team to ensure system and component performance testing as needed
Support field testing and troubleshooting of machines
Demonstrate support for company culture in their daily actions and behaviors. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the quality management system in accordance with ISO standard
Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in verification of Embedded Software and Electronics
Proficiency in using vector CAN tools and knowledge on Software development
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Model Based Software/system Development (Mathworks tools) and other relevant development design tools
Experience with all Agricultural practices and operations
Excellent communication skills
Team player who is self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is $84,375 - $112,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
